Dublin Bible Talks

We’re excited to share a significant development in the ministry of Cameron and Alex Jones.

As part of their evangelistic efforts, Cameron and Alex have been deeply involved in the Bayside community, living out their faith, building friendships, and sharing Jesus with those around them.

After prayerful reflection, David Martin and the ICM trustees have encouraged Cameron and the team to consider the possibility that God may be laying the foundation for a new church plant in Bayside. While still in the early stages, there’s a growing sense of gospel opportunity here.

1 Samuel Series
Please pray that the current teaching series in 1 Samuel will help those involved – including Cameron – to keep their eyes on King Jesus. May they not be distracted by human or corporate leadership, but see Christ as the leader they truly need.

New Role – Church Planting
Cameron has recently taken on a new role as Resident Church Planter with Christ Church North Dublin, alongside his ongoing work with Dublin Bible Talks. Pray that he will quickly get to know and love the people he's serving, and that this season will help lay a strong foundation for a new congregation near where he and Alex live in the coming years.

Time Management & Wisdom
With several responsibilities on his plate, Cameron is seeking wisdom to manage his time well. Please pray that he will trust God with the opportunities he's had to set aside for now, and remain faithful in what the Lord has placed before him.

Speaking Engagements
Cameron will be speaking at weekends away, family camps, and serving churches currently without a minister. Pray that he will teach God's Word faithfully among people he may not know well, and that the Lord will use these times to speak deeply to hearts – all for the glory of Jesus.

Alex’s Health
Please uphold Cameron’s wife, Alex, in prayer as she continues to face significant and chronic health challenges. Pray for strength, comfort, and healing, and for God’s sustaining grace for both of them as they walk this difficult path together.
