Pray for new church planters

We are actively seeking to recruit new church planters. Over the last year we have put in place an application process for planting with ICM. This allows for both Irish and international planters to apply. Starting new Anglican churches is likely to become the single greatest task in Ireland over the next generation. This in no way is to criticise or even to compete with already existing churches. We all have a role to play, but the simple fact is unless we take action by going to new communities as churches the good news is unlikely to reach them. We need new churches in these new communities that alone can bring the news that God will one day make all things new.
Praise God that we are currently processing one new church planter already. Pray for discernment, unity and clarity as we proceed.
Since June we have also spoken with three other potential planters who are considering joining our planting efforts over the next 3-4 years. Praise God for these families and pray that they too would be encouraged as they explore this possibility.
As with every ministry, it cannot exist without the prayerful and financial support of others, so please join us in praying for new supporters, financial donors and growing prayerful interest in the advance of the gospel.
