Meet ICM’s new trustees!
Ross Neill
I was asked to become an ICM trustee in March 2024 and I’m hugely excited to be taking on the role! I’ve been involved in an ICM church in Dublin since moving to the city in 2021 so I have seen first hand the impact that ICM and its partner churches are having on the lives of many people here in Dublin and beyond as the Gospel is made known to them. Having grown up in Belfast, I have also had the privilege of being involved in Gospel-centred churches across the island and I share ICM’s desire to see the Gospel proclaimed in every community across Ireland. I’m looking forward to seeing what God has in store for ICM and I’m excited to play a part in it!
Andre McClean
I am married to Rosalind and I am dad to three young kids. A lawyer by training, I received a dyslexia diagnosis in my early 30s and hightailed it out of the legal profession. I now work in recruitment and run my own business. I grew up in County Down, where I came to faith as a teenager. Rosalind and I have spent 16 years at Anglican churches in central London and over 10 of these years in the setting of a smaller congregation, Euston Church, which formed out of a lunchtime Bible talks series. Putting the Bible front and centre is what ultimately changes peoples’ hearts and minds and that’s why it’s exciting to be part of the work of ICM. When not working or spending time with my family, I can found supergluing broken toys, or on the tennis court trying really quite hard - often in vain - not to lose! I’m delighted to join ICM as a trustee and look forward to the journey ahead.
