Strengthening: City Church’s Leadership Cohort.

Irish Church Missions is dedicated to starting, strengthening, and supporting healthy Anglican churches across Ireland.

Last year, City Church launched an exciting initiative called Leadership Cohort. This programme is designed to train both men and women to love, lead, and serve our community in both visible and behind-the-scenes roles. We believe that the Holy Spirit naturally cultivates growth in Christians, transforming regular attendees into invested leaders within His church.

The cohort provided a clear vision for God’s church and equipped participants to lead ministries faithfully, effectively, and fruitfully. Over the past year, 13 dedicated members were trained to serve passionately in leadership roles. Many of them went on to become leaders of community groups, deacons, and even initiated outreach projects.

This September, City Church is excited to relaunch the Leadership Cohort, aiming to be a pathway for calling, equipping, and releasing leaders within our church and the wider community. We ask for your prayers for the elders of City Church as they mentor and train new leaders to serve in our church.
